After Angie Toone moved to Rose Park in 2020, she quickly came to appreciate The West View , a quarterly newspaper that focuses on the city’s west side. “I have always been very community oriented,” Toone recalled. “When I saw that the west side had its own newspaper, I thought, ‘That’s so cool.’”
