Let Utah Read coalition fights back against state’s "downright un-American" book censorship laws.

Utah has seen several bills on this issue, including HB29 in 2024, which created a statewide list of banned materials, triggered when three school districts remove a particular book from shelves.
But a very small number of individuals are said to be responsible for a large majority of Utah’s book challenges.
