As Justin Timberlake once sang, “It’s gonna be May.” Well, actually he was singing “It’s gonna be me ,” but it undeniably sounds like “May,” which is where we finally are in 2026. It’s the only time this joke can be used during the year, so it’s worth embracing.
(I am not a Timberlake fan and don’t condone or support his mistreatment of women; I’m just here for the meme). Summertime means bands are getting out to play more shows, and sending out great releases into the world. Here are some new ones to check out if you haven’t heard them.
