A new Korean fried chicken restaurant is making waves in South Salt Lake.

It’s 2026, and I’m ready to admit that fried chicken restaurants have become an Achilles’ heel for me. As much as I try to deride their existence, I am also grateful for the fact that I can get such a diverse array of chicken fingers and fried chicken sandwiches, regardless of where I am on the Wasatch Front.

The upside—or downside, depending how often you hang out with me—is that I’ve become a pretty big snob about fried chicken restaurants.
