Mike Riedel Offset Bier - American Porter: Offset Bier has brewed its London Porter several times, but this latest version takes a distinctly American turn. Instead of leaning entirely into the softer, traditional character of an English porter, the brewery has pushed the body a little fuller, turned up the roast and brought Cascade hops into the equation.
At 4.8% ABV, it remains an easy-drinking beer, but there’s considerably more going on than the modest alcohol content suggests.
