Savor the Summit The Park City Restaurant Association will be hosting its annual Savor the Summit event on June 27 at 6 p.m. The event celebrates the city’s renowned dining scene by hosting a one-night roundup of prix fixe options from local restaurants like Purple Sage, Fletcher’s, Courchevel Bistro and Don Gallo.
Attendees will also be able to check out the Matilda Sundowner, an Australian-infused cocktail party complete with a raw bar, imported wine and a live DJ along with the High West Spirit Garden which will feature a menu of High West’s signature spirits.
