Departing City Weekly Dining Editor Alex Springer Alex Springer I hadn’t spent too much time thinking about the day when I would step away from my role as City Weekly ’s food dude. Now that the time has come, I’m feeling unprepared for the emotions that are assailing me as I write this final dining contribution.
There are many things that I want to write. This has been a singular experience and opportunity I’ve had in exploring Utah’s rapidly evolving food scene, and I’m not sure there is enough room to properly chronicle my gratitude.
