100 Nights of Hero ** There’s allegory, and then there are stories that offer little more than congratulating a viewer for enjoying 90 minutes of feeling morally superior. Adapted by writer/director Julia Jackman from Isabel Greenberg’s 2016 graphic novel, it’s set in a semi-fanciful world vaguely resembling the European Middle Ages, where a religious patriarchy demands that women marry, bear children and do pretty much nothing else.
