This Riverton restaurant is the Mexican-Indian-American fusion place you didn’t know you needed.
So far in my ongoing exploration of Utah’s restaurants, I’ve encountered halal hot dogs and halal fried chicken, which is great. I’m a big fan of any restaurant that creates cultural overlaps like this; I love it when food brings people together. So when I read up on Halalepeños , a new halal Mexican-Indian fusion spot in Riverton, I had to check it out.
Located in a little strip mall just off Bangerter Highway, it hasn’t been open for very long, but the place has already built up a pretty strong audience.
