If 2025 proved anything, it’s that Utah’s breweries continue to push boundaries while honoring classic traditions. This year delivered a kaleidoscope of styles—brash hop bombs, delicate pilsners, vibrant farmhouse ales, and barrel-aged gems that stretched category lines.
