FLASHBACK 2014: Gavin Sheehan chats with Community Co-Op organizers
One of the more impressive feats of the buy local movement in Utah has to be The Community Co-Op, an organization started up by the Crossroads Urban Center years ago that has transformed into a resource for locals to buy produce and other food items that are locally grown and made.
